Echo Sun opened Q Bar in 2006 with partners, and took over on her own in 2010. She is an innovative mixologist and entrepreneur committed to excellence. She is constantly challenging herself and her team to improve Q Bar's service.
Q's head bartenders are Wendy Yang and Lulu Li. Wendy and Lulu have been with Q Bar since we opened and are two of the best bartenders in Beijing. Together with Echo, they are the women behind some of the best cocktails in China!
